Equipment was presented to the artificial insemination specialists who will work in the liberated regions

During the month of June 2021, a training on "Artificial insemination, animal care and feeding among cattle in Azerbaijan" was held at the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture for the liberated regions. The training took place within the cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey.

The main purpose of the training is to teach the experiences of Turkey in the field of artificial insemination, animal care and feeding to Azerbaijani specialists, especially specialists from Agdam, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Kalbajar and Lachin, to carry out mutual exchange of knowledge and experience, and in the near future to improve livestock breeding in the territories freed from occupation and rural areas in general. is to prepare personnel with high professionalism to achieve the development of the economy.

In accordance with the program, theoretical knowledge was taught to experts and practical experiences and applications were also demonstrated. Taking into account that the specialists who participated in the training and obtained certificates will work in the territories freed from occupation, the Republic of Turkey provided them with the necessary equipment and supplies for their initial activities as humanitarian aid.

A meeting was organized at the Fuzuli State Agrarian Development Center (DAIM) by the Livestock Organization and Monitoring Department of the Ministry in order to present the equipment and supplies sent from Turkey to artificial insemination specialists. The meeting was attended by the managers and employees of the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, the Republican Artificial Insemination Center, Fuzuli DAIM. Artificial insemination specialists were given relevant recommendations and assignments regarding successful activities in the territories freed from occupation.
