Expert, professional beekeeper invited from Lithuania within the framework of the VIII Azerbaijan International Beekeeping Conference on 27.01.2023 with the joint organization of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, the "Beekeeping" Center of HETI, the Union of Professional Beekeepers and the Ganja Beekeepers' Union Arvidas Moskevicus gave a master class to beekeepers.
Beekeepers from the western region took part in the event.
During the master class, presentations on topics such as European beekeeping, ways to increase productivity in beekeeping, combating bee diseases, application of European experience in our country, and detailed information were given.
Later, professional beekeeper, biologist Ilgar Rahimov gave extensive information about existing bee diseases in the republic and measures to combat them.
Then the questions of the beekeepers who participated in the event were answered and opinions were exchanged on the topics.
During the event, the rapid development of beekeeping in our territories freed from occupation, the achievement of high productivity, etc. wide discussions were also held on the topics.
At the end, the event participants were awarded with a certificate.
