On May 10, an event dedicated to the 99th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the savior and founder of modern Azerbaijan, the founder of our independent state, and the National Leader of our people, "The role of Heydar Aliyev in the history of Azerbaijan" was held at the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Speaking at the event, the director, a.e.f.d. associate professor Mahir Hajiyev, spoke about the unparalleled historical services of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, who has world-scale political thinking, rich and decisive management skills, inexhaustible determination and power even in the most difficult situations, honorable life path and skillful statesmanship experience to our people. He drew attention to the proud waving of our tricolor flag on the highest peaks under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, who successfully continued the political course determined by his leader.
Speaking at the event, Farid Dunyamaliyev, deputy director, member of the board of the YAP Youth Union, said that Heydar Aliyev's greatest service to his native people was to determine the country's dynamic strategic development criteria, and he was able to implement that concept with exceptional professionalism, and as a result of his effective activities, he achieved recognition of our country as a leading state in the international arena. He talked about preparing a successor like Ilham Aliyev, a prominent and determined political leader who has ensured the constant progress of our republic with the complex reforms he implemented, and whom the Great Leader believes and trusts as much as himself.
Later, Yasin Gozalov, Head of the Science Department, and Mubariz Hajiyev, the leading specialist of the Law, Personnel and Civil Service Organization Department, made a speech and stated that as a result of the determined struggle of the phenomenal personality, genius leader Heydar Aliyev, comprehensive judicial and legal reforms, including the prosecutor's office, were carried out in the country after the independence of Azerbaijan. It has become a modern state institution by restructuring its bodies in terms of substance and structure, equipping them with personnel with high theoretical knowledge and professionalism, shaping their activities according to international standards.
