An event titled "The Author of a Strong State and Dynamic Development Strategy" was held at the local party organization of the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry under the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Goygol district branch, as part of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty."
The event began with a minute of silence to honor the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of our lands, followed by the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Opening the event, Vugar Isayev, Chairman of the YAP Goygol district branch, stated that declaring 2025 as the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" aims to strengthen the legal foundations of the state and further bolster state sovereignty. He emphasized that creating and developing an independent, sovereign state is the greatest achievement for any nation. He noted that today, the independent Republic of Azerbaijan, founded by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, is experiencing a period of comprehensive development in line with modern requirements. This rapid progress is directly linked to President Ilham Aliyev, the worthy successor of Heydar Aliyev’s legacy and the author of the strategy for a strong state and dynamic development.
During his 22 years of leadership, President Ilham Aliyev has not only proven himself a true political successor but has also expanded upon the path set before him, increasing the country's prestige and ensuring stability. Over this period, the head of state has achieved immense success, creating a new dynamics in the process of independent state-building.
Mahir Hajiyev, Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, remarked that the unparalleled activities of President Ilham Aliyev are highly valued by the people. He noted that the President’s commitment to upholding national interests has united the nation around him, strengthening Azerbaijan's international position and improving public welfare.
Following a report by party veteran Gafar Mammadov, other party activists, including Sara Masimova, delivered speeches. They discussed the rich statehood legacy of Heydar Aliyev and the successes achieved through President Ilham Aliyev’s purposeful policies, affirming that Azerbaijan has established itself as the strongest victorious state in the region.
At the end of the event, a group of individuals was presented with Certificates of Appreciation and gifts by the YAP Goygol district organization for their active participation in the socio-political life of the district. The event concluded with the performance of the Anthem of the New Azerbaijan Party.
