Scientific research on the creation of new animal breeds through extensive use of selection and breeding work is ongoing at the Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry. As a result of properly conducted selection and breeding work, crossbreeding was carried out using Holstein-Friesian and Simmental breeds raised at the Auxiliary Experimental Farm, resulting in the birth of twin hybrid calves.
