At the Scientific Research of Animal Husbandry (SRIAH), as part of the research on "Quality Indicators of Semen from Various Breeding Rams and Their Use in Producing New Productive Hybrids," semen was collected from "Bozax" and "Qaradolaq" breed rams selected from the Institute’s Auxiliary Experimental Farm. The semen was collected using artificial methods and its quality indicators were examined at the Artificial Insemination Center in collaboration with the center's laboratory.

The semen was evaluated according to different storage technologies, and its activity was determined.

In the next phase of the research, semen will also be collected from other breeding rams raised at the Auxiliary Experimental Farm, considering their feeding and seasonal changes, and the quality indicators will be further investigated.
